Understanding how well new and established teams are working starts with the Team Effectiveness Diagnostic. Data is gathered from the team leader, team members and key Stakeholders. This data helps the team diagnose and act upon the barriers to high performance. These can be addressed by the Team Start-Up Workshop and the Essential Series of Workshops.
