Creating High Performance Teams
The Global Teamworking Workshops can be underpinned by a High Performance Team Workshop which is targeted at improving the performance of an individual team by analysing how they are operating and working with them to improve team performance. The High Performance Team Diagnostic is used before and during the workshop to identify individual and team development requirements. For project teams the Project Start-Up Diagnostic is also used to establish the team's readiness to proceed with the project.
