Workshop Welcome Packs
The welcome packs are designed to help you prepare for the individual or team workshop you will be attending. They give an outline of the event and will assist you in clarifying your learning objectives. Your training coordinator will provide you with the access passwords when your attendance has been confirmed on the event.
Online Training
We have a range of courses available to support individual and team development. Each course has a selection of modules which can be taken at your own pace. These can be supported by facilitated online sessions to discuss aspects of the material and focus on particular organisational requirements.
Online Books
We have a range of books available to read online. These are currently only available with online and on-site training events.
Diagnostics Centre
The diagnostic tools assist organisations and teams to assess their readiness to deliver strategic and operational goals. The Organisational Readiness Diagnostic provides an insight into how capaple the business is in supporting dispersed teams and resources. The Virtual Collaboration Diagnostic focusses on the key elements required to deliver project goals with a dispersed or virtual team. The High Performance Team diagnostic identifies any barriers to high performance teamworking and helps the team to focus on improving their effectiveness.
