Team Start-Up Workshop
Direct support is available to new and established teams to enable them to become a High Performing Team. With new teams we start with an initial workshop to quickly establish team relationships and define how team members will work together on the project. This includes agreeing team goals, roles, responsibilities, communication methods, collaboration methodologies and technologies as well as defining the project and creating an initial project plan. A start-up event of this type has been shown to prevent many of the common problems that project teams encounter.

Understanding how well new and established teams are working starts with the Team Effectiveness Diagnostic. Data is gathered from the team leaders, all team members, and Stakeholders via a web based questionnaire. This data is displayed on a dashboard and helps the team diagnose and act upon the barriers to high performance. The diagnostic tool also provides guidance on High Performance Team Development needs.
