Who Should Attend
The workshop is designed for those who have completed their formal Six Sigma Black Belt training.

Workshop Outline
The role of the Six Sigma Black Belt in a business is unique. The Black Belt acts as an internal consultant in dealing with the process owner, or client, and is then expected to create and lead a high performance team combining the roles of leader, chairperson, expert and facilitator. This requires the Black Belt not only to be profi cient in the skills of the six sigma process but to understand and uti lise the skills of consultancy, leadership, facilitati on and project management as well as demonstrating superior communicati on and interpersonal skills.

This workshop allows the parti cipant to understand and practi ce a wide range of these skills in the context of the Black Belt role and is intended to compliment six sigma development training.

Workshop Content
The workshop content is based on the hierarchy of essenti al skills required as a Six Sigma Black Belt:

Workshop Duration
The workshop is held over six days with a break of one to two weeks between the sessions in which participants carry out short assignments to embed the skills developed in session one.

The number of participants is limited to nine so that individual feedback can be given throughout the event.
